The fit-out of 26,000 GSF of existing shelled space into a two story laboratory and research facility within the Translational Biomedical Research Center (TBRC).
Key Performance Features:
- New research spaces for Mass Spectrometer and Patsy Jean research were key focal points of the project, consisting of a custom laboratory containing specialized equipment carts and research-grade medical gas services
- Other functions of the space include laboratory holding rooms, wet labs, procedure rooms, lab support, research group offices and conference rooms
- ACS provided construction management and site supervision services starting after issue of final Construction Documents and continuing through commissioning and project closeout
