This builds upon our previous recognition as a Top Workplace from 2019 to 2023. The Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and used its expertise to determine the final scores. The core areas measured in the survey include leadership, culture, role satisfaction, training, development and resources, pay and benefits, and overall engagement, which assesses how happy employees are with their workplace.
To be eligible for this award, companies needed to meet certain criteria, including a minimum response rate of 40% from employees and at least an 80% positive response rate. ACS exceeded these benchmarks, demonstrating a strong commitment to creating a supportive and rewarding work environment.
Employee feedback played a crucial role in achieving this honor. The survey results reflected high levels of satisfaction in various areas, from leadership and company culture to role satisfaction and professional development opportunities.
